Meine Philosophie

Mehrere Faktoren verändern zu leistende Personalarbeit in Unternehmen seit Jahren kontinuierlich. Dazu gehört die voranschreitende Globalisierung, die die Zusammenarbeit viel internationaler gestaltet, so dass diverse Themen nicht mehr nur im lokalen Kontext bearbeitet werden. Dazu gehört auch die demografische Entwicklung mit der zusätzlichen Herausforderung, dass die Verweildauer von Mitarbeitern in Unternehmen sinkt und der Fachkräftemarkt stark umkämpft ist. Darüber hinaus hat die Digitalisierung Personalarbeit verändert und damit nicht nur die Dynamik auf ein anderes Niveau gehoben, sondern auch besondere datenschutzrechtliche Schwerpunkte geschaffen.
